Sound Meditation at Port Elliot

As I move further along in my journey with sound, I'm offering Sound Meditations, Sound Baths, Sound Scapes and Sound Therapy.

I am finding out for myself, the bliss I feel when I create the sounds being taught through British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST).The sounds are created with himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, bongs, Cosmic Tone Drum, rattles, medicine drum, voice and other percussion instruments. When playing these I feel relaxed, less stressed and very often, very happy. I have even caught myself out humming as I do my work!

The room that I have found in Port Elliot to use for the sound sessions, is part of the Fortuna Dance Studio on the main road between Victor Harbor and Goolwa, at No.28 North Terrace in fact.

The room has wonderful acoustics for this type of 'music' and most especially for the voice 'toning'. No, I'm not teaching singing or music. It is an experience of being bathed in sounds, and letting the vibrations wash through the body. Much like the relaxing waves of a beach on a beautiful sunny day.......

.... and when I began playing my Native American Style Flutes, it was sonic heaven. The sound just carried and moved around the room ......
